Forbes JAPAN 30 UNDER 30 2023 is an award organized by Forbes JAPAN, the Japanese edition of the global business magazine Forbes. It originated in the U.S. in 2011 with the aim of shining a light on young talents under 30 years old who will lead the next generation. Currently, this award is held in 25 countries and regions worldwide, spanning Europe, Asia, and Africa, in addition to the U.S. The Japanese edition of the awards was launched in 2018, and it has since selected 30 winners annually. Forbes Japan 30 UNDER 30 2023 has undergone evolution by increasing the number of award winners from 30 to 120, aligning with the global policy.
