Privacy Policy / プライバシーポリシー

株式会社 QunaSys(以下「当会社」といいます。)は、当会社の提供するサービス(以下「本サービス」といいます。)における、ユーザーについての個人情報について、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー(以下「本ポリシー」といいます。)を定めます。

  1. 1. 個人情報

    本ポリシーにおいて、「個人情報」とは、個人情報保護法にいう「個人情報」を指すものとし、生 存する個人に関する情報であって、当該情報に含まれる氏名、生年月日、住所、電話番号、連絡先その他の記述等により特定の個人を識別できる情報及び容貌、指紋、声紋にかかるデータ、及び健 康保険証の保険者番号などの当該情報単体から特定の個人を識別できる情報（個人識別情報）を指 します。

  2. ２. 収集方法

    当会社は、個人情報を取得および利用する場合には、利用目的を明確にし、特定された利用目的の 達成に必要な範囲内で、適正に個人情報を取扱います。また、目的外利用を行わないための措置を 講じます。

  3. ３. 個人情報の利用

    本サービスのサービス提供にかかわる個人情報の具体的な利用目的は以下のとおりです。

    • 本サービスの提供・運営のため
    • 本サービスに関する登録の受付、本人確認、ユーザー認証、ユーザー設定の記録、利用料金 の決済計算等本サービスの提供、維持、保護及び改善のため
    • 本サービスに関するご案内、お問い合わせ等への対応のため
    • 本サービスに関する当会社の規約、ポリシー等（以下「規約等」といいます。）に違反する行 為に対する対応のため
    • 本サービスに関する規約等の変更などを通知するため
    • 上記の利用目的に付随する目的

  4. ４. 第三者提供

    当会社は、利用者情報のうち、個人情報については、あらかじめユーザーの同意を得ないで、第三 者（日本国外にある者を含みます。）に提供しません。但し、次に掲げる必要があり第三者（日本 国外にある者を含みます。）に提供する場合はこの限りではありません。

    • 当会社が利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において個人情報の取扱いの全部または一部を委託 する場合
    • 合併その他の事由による事業の承継に伴って個人情報が提供される場合
    • 国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、ユーザーの同意を得ることによって当該事務 の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
    • その他、個人情報の保護に関する法律（以下「個人情報保護法」といいます。）その他の法令 で認められる場合

  5. ５. 委託先の監督

    当会社は、個人情報の取扱いの全部もしくは 一部を委託する場合は、委託先と機密保持を含む契 約の締結し、委託先が適切に個人情報を取り扱うように管理します。

  6. ６. 共同利用

    当会社は、以下のとおりユーザーの個人情報を共同利用します。

    (1) 共同して利用される個人情報の項目 氏名（法人・団体の場合は役員・従業員の 氏名及び職位・所属名）、住所、メールアド レス、電話番号その他の個人の属性に関する情報
    (2) 共同して利用する者の範囲 当会社及び国内外含むグループ会社
    (3) 共同して利用する者の利用目的 上記3個人情報の利用に同じ

  7. 7. 個人情報の開示

    当会社は、ユーザーから、個人情報保護法の定めに基づき個人情報の開示を求められたときは、ユ ーザーご本人からのご請求であることを確認の上で、ユーザーに対し、遅滞なく開示を行います（当該個人情報が存在しないときにはその旨を通知いたします。）。但し、個人情報保護法その他の 法令により、当会社が開示の義務を負わない場合は、この限りではありません。

  8. ８. 個人情報の訂正及び利用停止等

    ８－１． 当会社は、ユーザーから、(1)個人情報が真実でないという理由によって個人情報保護法の定 めに基づきその内容の訂正を求められた場合、及び(2)あらかじめ公表された利用目的の範囲を超えて取扱われているという理由または偽りその他不正の手段により収集されたものである という理由により、個人情報保護法の定めに基づきその利用の停止を求められた場合には、ユ ーザーご本人からのご請求であることを確認の上で遅滞なく必要な調査を行い、その結果に基 づき、個人情報の内容の訂正または利用停止を行い、その旨をユーザーに通知します。なお、 訂正または利用停止を行わない旨の決定をしたときは、ユーザーに対しその旨を通知いたしま す。
    ８－２． 当会社は、ユーザーから、ユーザーの個人情報について消去を求められた場合、当会社が当該 請求に応じる必要があると判断した場合は、ユーザーご本人からのご請求であることを確認の 上で、個人情報の消去を行い、その旨をユーザーに通知します。
    ８－３． 個人情報保護法その他の法令により、当会社が訂正等または利用停止等の義務を負わない場合 は、8-1 および 8-2 の規定は適用されません。

  10. １０. プライバシーポリシーの変更手続

    当会社は、必要に応じて、本ポリシーを変更します。但し、法令上ユーザーの同意が必要となるよ うな本ポリシーの変更を行う場合、変更後の本ポリシーは、当会社所定の方法で変更に同意したユ ーザーに対してのみ適用されるものとします。なお、当会社は、本ポリシーを変更する場合には、 変更後の本ポリシーの施行時期及び内容を当会社のウェブサイト上での表示その他の適切な方法に より周知し、またはユーザーに通知します。

    2.2 Contact Persons of Business Collaborations, Suppliers and Customers

      • Legitimate interest in managing business relationships and communications with you (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
      • Legitimate interest in establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
    • Data retention:
      Personal data is stored for the duration of the contract and up to 3 years after providing the products/services or contract termination. Bookkeeping records are retained for 6 years after the end of the financial year.

  3. 3. Disclosure to Data Processors and Transfer to Other Data Controllers

    To achieve the above purposes, we may disclose your personal information to third party data processors (service providers) under contract with us. These service providers will process the data in accordance with our instructions and a data processing agreement.

    We may also transfer your personal data to relevant authorities, lawyers, accountants, and courts if legally required (Article 6 (1)(c) GDPR), to pursue our legitimate interests in being able to establish, exercise or defend legal claims (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), or to fulfill contractual obligations (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

    For transfers to entities outside the EU/EEA, safeguards in accordance with the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clause or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework will be applied to ensure adequate level of data protection.

  4. 4. Security

    We, along with our service providers, implement security measures to maintain the quality and integrity of your personal data. These include use of encryption, pseudonymization, firewalls, logging, audits, and password procedures.

  5. 5. Rights

    You have the right to:

    • Access the personal data we process about you, subject to legal exceptions (e.g., the Bookkeeping Act retention periods).
    • Rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your personal data, but subject to legal exceptions.
    • Receive the personal data you provided to us in a machine-readable format and request its transfer to another data controller.
    • Object to the processing of your data, including processing based on our legitimate interest.
